- No parties

- No smoking in the flat

- Remove shoes in the entrance area

- Air the apartment thoroughly every day

- Close the windows when leaving the apartment

- Turn off the lights, stove and heaters when leaving the apartment

- Wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher before leaving the apartment

- Empty the refrigerator

- Take out the rubbish when leaving and separate it correctly

- After check-out, return the key to the box and then change the code
